1. Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Let Us Clean 4u provides professional cleaning services across London boroughs.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking
• We will confirm your booking within 24 hours
• Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Full charge
• No-shows will be charged in full

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Final pricing is based on:

• Type of cleaning service
• Property size and condition
• Additional services requested

5. Our Responsibilities

• Provide professional, trained, and insured cleaners
• Arrive at the agreed time (or notify you of delays)
• Complete the agreed scope of work
• Maintain public liability insurance up to £5 million

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property
• Ensure water and electricity are available
• Secure valuables before the cleaning appointment
• Inform us of any hazards or special requirements

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost or provide an appropriate refund.

8. Liability

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
• Damage caused by faulty appliances or fittings

All accidental damage claims must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
