Question 1

How often should I book domestic cleaning in London?

Accepted Answer

Most London households benefit from weekly or fortnightly cleaning. Weekly is ideal for families, pet owners or larger homes. Fortnightly is popular with couples or smaller flats. We also offer monthly one-off cleans for those who prefer flexibility.

Question 2

Will I have the same cleaner every visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we aim to assign you the same trusted cleaner for every visit so you can build a relationship and they can learn your preferences. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll send a fully vetted replacement and let you know in advance.

Question 3

What if I'm not home during the domestic clean?

Accepted Answer

Many London customers provide a spare key, key safe code, or arrange concierge access. Our cleaners are fully DBS-checked and insured. We always lock up securely when finished and can send you a completion message if needed.

Question 4

Can I customise my domestic cleaning plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can focus on specific rooms, skip areas you prefer to handle yourself, or add extras like inside oven cleaning, fridge cleaning or laundry. Just tell us your priorities and we'll tailor every visit accordingly.

Question 5

Is there a minimum booking for domestic cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our minimum booking is 2 hours (£44). Most 1-bed flats take 2–3 hours, 2-bed properties 3–4 hours, and larger homes 4–5+ hours. We recommend booking based on your property size to ensure a proper clean.

Question 6

Do you provide cleaning products for domestic cleaning?

Accepted Answer

By default, we ask customers to have basic supplies at home (hoover, mop, cleaning sprays). We can bring all professional cleaning products and equipment for an additional £2/hr if preferred — just add this when booking.

Question 7

How do I pay for my domestic cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Payment is taken online via our secure Stripe checkout when you book. You can pay weekly or monthly depending on your preference. All major credit and debit cards accepted. No cash handling required.

Question 8

Which London boroughs do you cover for domestic cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We cover all 33 London boroughs including Camden, Westminster, Hackney, Islington, Southwark, Lambeth, Croydon, Wandsworth, Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, Brent, and all others. Click your borough below to see local availability.
