Getting Your Full Deposit Back in Richmond upon Thames
The most common reason tenants lose part or all of their deposit is an insufficient end of tenancy clean. Estate agents and landlords in Richmond upon Thames and across London expect a professional-standard clean that meets or exceeds the property's original condition. Our end of tenancy cleaning service is designed specifically to meet these standards, covering every item on the standard check-out inventory cleaning schedule.
We provide a detailed receipt/invoice on completion — a document that many landlords and estate agents require as proof of professional cleaning. Combined with our 72-hour free re-clean guarantee, this gives you the strongest possible basis for securing your full deposit return.
What Our End of Tenancy Clean Covers
Our end of tenancy cleaning service in Richmond upon Thames is comprehensive. In the kitchen, we deep clean inside all appliances including the oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as inside all cupboards and drawers, the extractor fan filter, tiles and grouting, and all surfaces. In bathrooms and en-suites, we remove limescale and mould, clean inside and behind the toilet, polish all chrome fittings and clean tiles, grouting and shower screens to a high standard.
Throughout the property we clean skirting boards, door frames and handles, light switches, window sills and interior window glass, light fittings, and remove any cobwebs. All carpets are thoroughly vacuumed and hard floors mopped. We carry out a final inspection before leaving to ensure nothing has been missed.
Booking Tips for Richmond upon Thames Tenants
To get the best results from your end of tenancy clean in Richmond upon Thames, book your clean as close to your check-out date as possible — ideally the day before or on the morning of your inspection. Make sure the property is empty of your belongings, as our cleaners need full access to all areas.
If your property has carpets that require steam cleaning, we offer this as an add-on service — a common requirement for deposit return in the London rental market. We can also coordinate directly with your estate agent if needed. Book with at least 48 hours notice for guaranteed availability, though we do accommodate urgent same-day requests when possible.
